Shipping information
Lefts, ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Duties and Taxes
JAPAN
8% Sales taxes will be charged . You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
International
To make things easier for you, we ship to over 30 countries with duties and taxes included. If this applies to you, duties and taxes included will appear under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout. If duties and taxes are included, your package will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and there will not be any additional fees upon delivery.
If duties and taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

なお、土日祝日の発送は発送業務は行っておりません。
水曜日が祝日の場合には翌営業日に発送させていただきます。

ご注文の商品が発送完了後、配送の詳細と追跡番号を記載したメールをお送りいたします。
ただしshoelaceのみお買い上げの場合には普通郵便にてポスト投函するため追跡番号は附帯しません。
メールに記載されているリンクより、配達予定日をご確認いただけます。
SHOELACE１点のみ = 普通郵便(ポスト投函にてお届け）
そのほか4kgかつ3cmまでのもの=レターパックライト (ポスト投函にてお届け）
それ以上の荷物 = 佐川急便 (対人・置き配・宅配ボックス)
※オンライン上でも追跡情報がご確認できますが、最初の情報がアップデートされるまで、商品が発送されてから1営業日をいただいております。
関税と消費税
日本国内:
お届け先の住所が日本の場合は関税は発生いたしません。消費税は10%計上されます。
インターナショナル:
お客様の利便性を考慮し、当社は30カ国以上の発送先に関しては、関税と消費税を含めた価格で配送しております。ご注文の合計価格に関税と消費税が含まれている場合は、商品価格の下部、または決済時に「関税と消費税込み」と表示されます。この場合、配送条件にはDDP(発地から着地まで、関税を含めるすべての経費が売主の負担と手配)が適用され、商品が到着するまでの追加料金は一切発生いたしません。
関税と消費税が含まれていない場合は、DDU(関税未払い)の条件下で荷物を発送いたします。送り先の国により通関時に関税や輸入税が発生する場合があります。課税額は通関時に確定いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。関税や消費税が発生した場合は、商品の受領時に支払いを求められます。詳細については、所轄の税関当局にお問い合わせください。

Return & Exchange Policy
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date

Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Be returned with original tags and packaging
Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Lefts, reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As Lefts, adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by accessing your Lefts, account Order History.
Free returns from Canada and the United States
Your returned item must arrive at Lefts, no later than 28 days after your delivery date. Please note, return label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your return label to ensure that it arrives at Lefts, within the desired time.
Simply navigate to your account’s Order History page to request a prepaid return label. Return instructions will be included.
International Returns
Simply navigate to your account’s Order History page to request a return authorization and return instructions.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

ただちに返品方法などをお知らせいたします。
お客様の返品は、商品が配達された日から28日以内にLefts,に到着する必要があります。また、お手元に商品が届いてから14日以内にリクエストしてください。返品可能期間内に、ご返品される商品が確実にLefts,に届くよう、Lefts,からの返信を受け取ってから1週間以内に、商品を発送されることをお勧めいたします。
商品の交換
現時点では、商品の交換は承っておりません。交換をご希望される場合は、一旦、お手元に届いた商品をご返送いただき（返品条件を満たす場合のみ）、新たにご希望の商品をご注文ください。
ご返金
お客様の商品が当社に到着後、5営業日以内にお客様がご利用になったお支払い方法でご返金されます。ご返金処理の際に、お客様がチェックアウトでご利用になったEメールアドレスへ返金の確認メールが送られます。お客様の利用した金融会社によっては、ご返金された金額が反映されるのにお時間がかかる場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
返金には、Lefts,が要した配送料は含まれませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
